目的:通过加味四逆散对慢性应激模型大鼠胃黏膜血流量和黏膜形态的影响,探讨加味四逆散保护胃黏膜的机制。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠60只随机分为正常组,模型组,加味四逆散大、中、小剂量组,奥美拉唑组各10只,采用慢性应激方法建立大鼠应激性胃溃疡模型,经加味四逆散干预后观察胃黏膜溃疡指数(UI)、胃组织形态学及胃黏膜血流量(GMBF)的变化。结果:加味四逆散大、中、小剂量组,奥美拉唑组及正常组GMBF与模型组比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);与奥美拉唑组比较,大、中剂量组的GMBF值升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);与小剂量组比较,大、中剂量组GMBF值升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。加味四逆散大、中、小剂量组,奥美拉唑组及正常组UI与模型组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);与奥美拉唑组比较,大剂量组UI降低(P<0.05);与小剂量组比较,大、中剂量组UI降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。胃黏膜形态学变化明显。结论:加味四逆散可明显减轻应激性胃黏膜损伤,对应激模型大鼠胃黏膜有确切的保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Jiawei Sini Decoction on gastric mucosal blood flow and mucosal morphology in rats with chronic stress by means of Jiawei Sini San. Methods: Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Jiawei Sini inverse large, medium and small dose groups, and omeprazole group, 10 rats each. Chronic stress was used to establish the stress stomach Ulcer model, the changes of gastric mucosal ulcer index (UI), gastric histomorphology and gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) were observed after the intervention of Modified Sini Powder. Results: Compared with model group, GMBF of Jiawei Sini San, medium and low dose group, omeprazole group and normal group showed significant difference (P <0.01). Compared with omeprazole group, (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with the low-dose group, the GMBF values in the medium and middle-dose groups increased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the difference was significant or significant (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the differences between omeprazole group and normal group were significant Compared with the low-dose group, the UI of the high-dose and middle-dose groups decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Gastric mucosa morphology changes significantly. Conclusion: Modified Sini Decoction can significantly reduce the stress gastric mucosal injury, the stress model of gastric mucosa have the exact protective effect.
