ERP sand table simulation training has been applied in many colleges and universities. Students simulate the operation of the enterprise through role playing and team work, which can not only apply the learned theoretical knowledge but also gain a workplace experience in the simulation. Students learn how to communicate, plan, control, and adjust by understanding the capabilities and interoperability of individual modules within an organization. These skills are all they need to be socially viable in the future, and for those with entrepreneurial aspirations, ERP simulations allow them to preview ahead of time.
