普通话是现代汉民族的共同语,是我国通用的语言。我国是一个多民族、多语言的国家。当前,语言文字的应用现状与社会发展的要求相比,还存在某些滞后现象,有些地区方言盛行,还没有真正形成在公共场合说普通话的风气。语言文字工作关系到国家的统一、民族的团结、社会的进步。实现国家通用语言文字的规范化、标准化,是促进民族间的交流、普及文化教育、发展科学技术、适应现代经济和社会发展
