针对炭块-陶瓷砌体复合炉缸内衬存在的薄弱环节,研究开发了新型高炉炉缸复合内衬结构,其基本思路就是根据炉缸内衬各部位工作条件的不同,选择不同性能、不同档次的耐火材料,并搭接咬合砌筑,在满足高炉长寿的同时,又能避免耐火材料功能过剩,降低工程成本。
In view of the weak links existing in the lining of the carbon block - ceramic masonry composite hearth, the new lining structure of the blast furnace hearth has been researched and developed. The basic idea of this method is to choose different performance and different requirements according to the working conditions of each part in the hearth lining. Grade of refractory material, and overlap bite masonry, to meet the longevity of the blast furnace at the same time, but also to avoid over-function refractories and reduce construction costs.
