辽宁大连市西岗区教育局借助小班化教育,唤醒干部教师的激情与活力,推进区域教育优质均衡发展。多元整合研究与培训力量,建设小班化教育研究与推进中心,为小班化教育提供专业支持。在专业引领与激情互动中,提升行政人员的行政能力、校长的学校领导力和教师的教育教学能力。对西岗小班化教育的理论体系进行系统梳理,总结出了“5+1”小班化教育模式,形成了有西岗特色的小班化教育成果“西岗20条”。
