课堂管理是指教师通过对自身、学生、环境、规则等诸多影响教学的因素的管理,保证教学有序、顺利、高效地运行,实现促进学生语言能力及综合能力发展的教学目标。国际汉语课堂的总目标则是使学习者在学习汉语言知识与技能的同时,进一步强化学习目的,培养自主学习与合作学习的能力,形成有效的学习策略,最终具备语言的综合运用能力。本文尝试从课堂管理的总体情况,分别就其中包含的教师自身管理、学生管理、汉语课堂环境管理以及规则管理进行阐述。
Classroom management refers to the teacher through its own, students, the environment, rules and many other factors that affect teaching management, to ensure that teaching in an orderly, smooth and efficient operation, to achieve the goal of promoting students’ language ability and comprehensive ability development. The overall goal of International Chinese Classroom is to enable learners to further strengthen their learning objectives while learning Chinese language knowledge and skills, develop their ability to learn independently and cooperatively, form effective learning strategies, and eventually possess the comprehensive ability to use the language. This article attempts to elaborate on the overall situation of classroom management from the aspects of teacher self-management, student management, Chinese classroom environment management and rule management.
