伴随我国快速城市化时期的到来及中央政府相关政策的出台,本着改善群众的居住条件,兼顾完善城市功能、改善城市环境等原则,棚户区改造已经在多省积极并有效的实施着。本文以辽宁省大连市沙河口区棚户区改造规划为例,在深入了解棚户区改造的相关政策、原则的基础上,有重点、有特色的完成该区域的棚户区改造规划,以人为本、释放土地、完善功能、优化环境,改善人民生活水平,提高城市的承载力和可持续发展能力。
With the advent of the rapid urbanization period in our country and the promulgation of relevant policies of the Central Government, shantytowns have been actively and effectively implemented in many provinces based on the principle of improving people's living conditions, improving urban functions and improving urban environment. Based on the shantytowns reconstruction planning of Shahekou District of Dalian City in Liaoning Province, based on the deep understanding of the relevant policies and principles of shantytowns reconstruction, this paper focuses on the planning of renovating the shantytowns in this area, puts people first, releases the land, Improve functions, optimize the environment, improve people's living standards, improve the city's capacity and sustainable development.
