本文主要竞争情报方法中比较常用的两种方法———SWOT分析法和定标比超分析法对我国零售企业做了系统的分析,提出了我国零售业发展中存在的问题以及存在的优势和机会,并介绍了企业如何运用定标比超的方法来提高自身的竞争力。
In this paper, two methods which are commonly used in the main competitive intelligence methods, SWOT analysis and scaling ratio analysis, are used to analyze the retail enterprises in our country systematically. The problems existing in the development of the retail industry in our country and the existing advantages are also presented. Opportunities, and introduced how companies use the calibration method to improve their own competitiveness.
