目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法将64例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例,对照组32例。对照组采用控制血糖、口服西沙必利治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用四君子汤加减的化裁方治疗;疗程均为4周。观察患者治疗前后的症状、胃电图、血糖情况的变化。结果治疗组治愈率56.25%、好转率37.50%、总有效率93.75%;对照组治愈率28.13%、好转率53.13%、总有效率81.25%。两组之间有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论以四君子汤为基础方配合西药控制血糖及西沙必利促进胃动力的中西医联合疗法治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效显著,优势明显。
Objective To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic gastroparesis. Methods 64 cases of diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in treatment group and 32 cases in control group. Control group used to control blood sugar, oral cisapride treatment; the treatment group in the control group plus Sijunzi Decoction plus curative treatment; treatment were 4 weeks. Observed before and after treatment of patients with symptoms, ECG, blood glucose changes. Results The cure rate in treatment group was 56.25%, the improvement rate was 37.50%, the total effective rate was 93.75%. The cure rate in control group was 28.13%, the improvement rate was 53.13% and the total effective rate was 81.25%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction-based prescription with Western medicine to control blood glucose and cisapride promote gastric motility of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic gastroparesis significant effect with obvious advantages.
