为抓好1994年工作,加快机械工业向市场经济的转变,安徽省机械厅提出并实行六个转变,作为今年发展机械工业的新举措, 一、在思想观念上要进一步由计划经济条件下的思维模式转变到社会主义市场经济条件下的思维模式。具体地说,一是产品方向要由政府导向转为市场导向。二是产品销售由过去坐等用户上门转变为自己到市场推销。企业要经常研究营销策略,采取各种措施,扩大销售网点,改进销售方式。三是企业和产品信誉要由过去主要靠上级扶植转变到企业自己到市场上创造。
