目的探讨早期侧脑室外引流术对急性脑干出血患者的治疗效果。方法回顾分析早期在急诊科行侧脑室外引流术治疗急性脑干出血43例的临床资料。结果 43例患者显效5例(11.6%),无效17例(39.5%),死亡21例(48.8%),出血量<10 ml者手术疗效较好。结论侧脑室外引流术是治疗急性脑干出血有效方法 。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of early lateral ventricle drainage on patients with acute brain stem hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 43 cases of acute brainstem hemorrhage treated by lateral cerebral ventricle drainage in emergency department in early stage were retrospectively analyzed. Results 43 patients were markedly effective in 5 cases (11.6%), ineffective in 17 cases (39.5%), and death in 21 cases (48.8%). Bleeding volume was less than 10 ml. Conclusion Lateral ventricle drainage is an effective method for the treatment of acute brainstem hemorrhage.
