我省建筑企业的工资问题,在一九五三年已对工人工资进行了统一调整,但管理人员的工资仍未解决,工资标准高低不一,等级多、级差小,严重的存在着混乱不合理现象,如化工工程公司有六五八个干部即有一一八个等级,互相影响,有碍工程任务的完成。为适应国家经济建设任务的需要,使工资在生产上起到杠杆作用并克服过去的混乱不合理现象,发挥管理人员的工作积极性,以达到鼓励进步加强团结搞好生产的目的。特根据中央劳动部中劳薪(54)第零一一二号对执行「建筑企业管理人员工资标准」的指示,结合我省具体情况,提出如下方案:一、调资范围(一)此次调整范围包括国营、地方国营各建筑单位。1.国营单位:中建部太原工程管理局所属单位,已接得上级指示及控制数字,现已开始准备进行。太钢工程处、阳泉矿务局工程公司、中
