我国入世后,全国上下各行各业都在谈论WTO。有的热切地期待小汽车降价、服务更加规范、政府行为更加法制化,同时,也有不少职工忧虑明天会不会被冲击下岗,不少农民害怕农产品卖不出去……期待与担忧都有一些道理,但不少人由于对WTO及其规则一知半解,想当然地神化了WTO的作用,夸大了入世后的冲击,这对公众的思想、社会生活和经济生活都会造成不良影响。
