根据中国有色金属工业节能信息网的工作安排,为交流有色系统加工企业的节能管理经验,推动加工企业在深化改革下节能工作的深入开展,中国有色金属工业节能信息网第七次加工节能技术交流会于2002年1月13日～15日在哈尔滨召开。 参加本次会议的单位有:西南铝业（集团）有限责任公司、东北轻合金有限责任公司、洛阳铜加工集团有限责任公司、华北铝业有限公司、水口山有色金属责任公司、柳州锌品集团、西北铝加工厂及北京有色冶金设计研究总院等单位参加了会议。 会议由加工分网副网长单位西南铝业（集团）有限责任公司夏启明同志主持,她总结了近几年来加工分网开展节能技术交流会的情况,中国有色金属工业节能信息网王淑兰同志介绍了全网今、明两年的节能技术交流会的活动安排,并向大家汇报了《有色冶金节能》的办刊情况。
