今天,市党建研究会召开六届三次理事大会,学习传达贯彻全国党建研究会五届三次理事会会议精神,总结2012年的工作,同时部署2013年的工作。过去的一年,市党建研究会在均波同志和理事会的领导下,各项工作都取得了显著成效,为服务首都科学发展、提高首都党建科学化水平作出了积极贡献。2013年是全面学习贯彻落实党的十八大精神的开局之年,是北京实施“十二五”规划的关键之年。全面贯彻落实党的十八大提出的党的建设总要求和各项任务,党建研究大有可为。我们要按照中央和市委的要求,进一步增强使命感和责任感,扎实做好党建研究的各项工作。下面,我强调三点意见,供大家参考。一、全面把握十八大对党的建设和党建研究
Today, the Party Building Research Society of the People’s Republic of China convened the third general meeting of the sixth session to learn and convey the spirit of the Third Session of the Fifth Session of the National Party Building Research Society, summarize the work in 2012 and deploy the work in 2013. In the past year, under the leadership of Comrade Jung Jun-wave and the council, the Party-building and Researching Society of the city has made remarkable achievements in various fields and made positive contributions to serving the scientific development of the capital and raising the scientific level of the party building in the capital. 2013 is a year full of studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and a crucial year for Beijing to implement the 12th Five-Year Plan. To fully implement the general requirements and various tasks proposed by the 18th CPC National Congress for party building, the study on party building can do a great deal to accomplish this goal. In accordance with the requirements of the Central Government and the Municipal Party Committee, we must further enhance our sense of mission and responsibility and do a good job in all aspects of Party building.
