Since the advent of liquid film technology, a great deal of researches have been done on the liquid film. There are many articles on liquid film enrichment of chromium. However, the application of liquid film technology in analytical chemistry is still poorly reported. In this paper, the liquid membrane for the enrichment of trace chromium in water, and measured by spectrophotometry. Since the liquid film system used here only has an enrichment effect on C_r (Ⅵ), C_r (Ⅵ) in water is firstly extracted and measured, and then the C_r (Ⅲ) in the treated water is oxidized to C_r (Ⅵ) C_r (Ⅵ) thus measured is C_r (Ⅲ).
