经济与法治关系密切,市场经济是依法治理的法治经济。社会主义市场经济应是公平竞争、交易有序、经济资源合理配置和高效利用的法治经济。法治经济是实现社会和谐的基石。法治经济把和谐有序、公平竞争作为价值取向,要求人们按照诚实信用、平等互利、等价有偿的原则从事市场经济活动,建立起一套公平的矛盾解决机制,从而缓解社会矛盾、维护社会稳定。
The economy is closely related to the rule of law, and the market economy is the rule of law governed by law. The socialist market economy should be a law-based economy featuring fair competition, orderly trading, rational allocation of economic resources and efficient utilization. The rule of law economy is the cornerstone of social harmony. The rule of law economy regards harmonious, orderly and fair competition as its value orientation and requires people to engage in market economy activities in accordance with the principles of honesty and credibility, equality and mutual benefit, and equal compensation, and establish a fair mechanism for resolving conflicts so as to ease social conflicts and maintain social stability .
