变频器作为一种节能设备被大量应用到了游梁式抽油机控制系统中,抽油机使用变频后在电参数上表现出来某些特殊性。为了对抽油机变频器电参数进行精确测试并准确把握抽油机的工况,从典型测试数据入手,初步探讨了造成变频器电参数畸变的基本原理。基于这些内容,给出了设计或选择抽油机变频器电参数测试设备的基本原理及原则,结合抽油机的特殊工况,分析了造成测试仪器连续测试结果不准确的因素和变频器对抽油机平衡度测试与调整的影响。
