为了探讨麻风反应的机理,作者对20例瘤型麻风反应[从急性期(ALI)一直观察到消退期(SR)]、15例稳定性瘤型麻风(SL)、10例结核样型麻风反应(TR)、7例稳定性结核样型麻风(ST)和6名正常人(HN)的血浆纤维蛋白原、肝素沉淀物、优球蛋白溶解时间和凝血情况进行了研究。结果如下:血浆纤维蛋白原:ALI组明显升高,平均值652毫克%,反应消退后即下降。SR组平均值559毫克%。SL组平均值为586毫克%。ALI组和SR组有显著差异,(P<0.001),ALI组和
In order to explore the mechanism of leprosy reaction, the authors investigated the effects of leprosy (20 cases of leprosy reaction [observed from the acute phase (ALI)], 15 cases of stable leprosy (SL), 10 cases of tuberculous leprosy (TR), seven patients with stable tuberculoid leprosy (ST) and six normal subjects (HN). Heparin precipitates, euglobulin lysis time and coagulation were investigated. The results are as follows: Plasma fibrinogen: ALI group was significantly higher, with an average of 652 mg%, decline after the reaction subsided. SR group average 559 mg%.
