通过对工程项目建设各阶段BIM模型特点及信息特点的分析,提出了BIM应用的信息组织方法,即BIM模型的文件组织和对象组织。并基于这两者的关联性,通过提前对设计信息的结构化处理,从设计阶段开始信息规范化表达,实现信息在工程项目各阶段流转,形成了一套BIM生产系统的建设方案。随着生产系统的建立并将成果提交BIM数字中心,支持BIM项目管理和BIM运维管理。
Through the analysis of BIM model characteristics and information characteristics in various stages of project construction, the information organization method of BIM application is proposed, that is, the file organization and object organization of BIM model. Based on the correlation between the two, the paper constructs a BIM production system by structuring the design information ahead of schedule, beginning with the standardization and expression of information from the design stage, and realizing the information flow in all stages of the project. BIM Project Management and BIM Operations Management are supported as the production system is built and the results are submitted to the BIM Digital Center.
