高层次创新人才是高等院校师资队伍建设的核心,本研究基于2012年的第三次一级学科评估的材料,将各高校/科研机构不同学科的高层次创新人才逐一进行了梳理和分析,对目前我国高层次创新人才的现状进行探析。
High-level innovative talents are the core of the faculty construction in colleges and universities. Based on the materials of the third-level subject evaluation in 2012, this study sorts out and analyzes the high-level innovative talents from different disciplines of universities and research institutes one by one. Analyze the current status of high-level innovative talents in our country.
