2003年12月19日至20日,中共中央、国务院在北京召开全国人才工作会议。12月24日下午,中关村科技园区管委会人力资源处、宣传处和《中关村》杂志社,共同邀请清华同方、北大维信、北新建材、北京四方继保自动化、中国数字图书馆、首钢莫托曼机器人、中关村科技担保有限公司等企业的代表和人力资源专家,一起座谈刚刚在北京召开的全国人才工作会议的精神,表示要积极响应中关村科技园区管委会提出的“实施人本战略,打造中关村人才高地”的倡议。本刊特别将此次会议的摘要刊登出来,以期更多的人关注人才问题。
From December 19 to December 20, 2003, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council held a national talent working conference in Beijing. December 24 afternoon, Zhongguancun Science Park Management Office Human Resources Office, Publicity Office and the “Zhongguancun” magazine, inviting Tsinghua Tongfang, Peking University Victoria, North New Building Materials, Beijing Sifang Automation, China Digital Library, Shougang Mo Topman Robotics, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and other human resources experts and representatives to discuss the spirit of the National Talents Work Conference just held in Beijing, and said that they should actively respond to the “implementation of this strategy put forward by the Zhongguancun Science Park Administrative Committee, Build Zhongguancun talent highland ”initiative. In particular, we published a summary of the meeting, with a view to more people concerned about the issue of talent.
