探讨了SiC晶须增强Al和碳纤维增强SiC复合材料断口的分形特征,分别用小岛法和垂直截面法测定了断口的分形维数。实验表明,这两类复合材料的断口具有典型的分形特征,小岛法测得Cf/SiC复合材料断口的分形维数为1.312;垂直截面法测得SiCW/Al复合材料断口的分形维数为1.099,表明可以用分形维数来定量表征复合材料的断口形貌
Fractal characteristics of SiC whisker reinforced Al and carbon fiber reinforced SiC composites fracture were discussed. Fractal dimension of fracture was measured by the island method and vertical section method. Experiments show that the fractal characteristics of the fracture surfaces of the two types of composites are typical. The fractal dimension of the fracture surface of Cf / SiC composite measured by the island method is 1.312. The fractal dimension of fracture surface of SiCW / Al composites measured by vertical section method The number of 1.099, indicating that fractal dimension can be used to quantitatively characterize the fracture morphology of composite materials
