为实现稳定、可靠、功耗低的工业锅炉现场数据采集无线化,本文设计了一套基于DSP的无线传感器数据采集系统。该系统采用基于915MHz频段的无线自主网络技术,通过对数据通讯协议、硬件电路的优化设计,实现在连接不高于32个无线传感器条件下,节点最大丢包率小于0.01%的通讯效果;系统安装于现场的各个模块采用防爆结构设计,适于危险环境的使用。每个传感器+节点采用充电电池自主供电,电池更换周期在常温环境达到180天。传感器信号最小采集周期为20ms,发送周期1s。该系统能充分满足工业锅炉现场的传感器数据采集、传输要求。
In order to realize the wireless data acquisition of industrial boiler with stable, reliable and low power consumption, this paper designs a wireless sensor data acquisition system based on DSP. The system uses wireless autonomous network technology based on 915MHz frequency band. Through the optimized design of data communication protocol and hardware circuit, the system achieves the communication effect that the maximum packet loss rate of nodes is less than 0.01% when the connection is less than 32 wireless sensors.
