本文对煤基工程材料的现状和发展方向进行了评述。对煤的深加工直接制取工程材料、煤与聚合物机械共混制取工程材料和煤与聚合物通过化学接枝制取工程材料的方法和材料的性能、用途进行了介绍和对比。认为利用低阶煤制备煤基工程材料的增强,尤其是增韧,将是今后研究的主要问题。主要工作应集中在低阶煤的深加工利用上和改善低阶煤与聚合物的相容性,通过化学接枝的方法制取工程材料。对低阶煤的转化利用和以煤代油(或焦)提供一种有效的途径。
This article reviews the current situation and development of coal-based engineering materials. The deep processing of coal directly from engineering materials, mechanical blending of coal and polymer machinery engineering materials and coal and polymer through chemical grafting methods and materials for engineering materials performance and use were introduced and compared. That the use of low-rank coal preparation of coal-based engineering materials enhancements, especially toughening, will be the main problem in the future. The main work should focus on the deep processing and utilization of low-rank coal and improving the compatibility of low-rank coal and polymer, and preparing engineering materials through chemical grafting. The conversion of low-grade coal and the use of coal instead of oil (or coke) to provide an effective way.
