目的:探讨凯时注射液(前列腺素E1脂微球制剂)治疗小儿外伤性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:应用凯时注射液治疗23例小儿外伤性脑梗塞,以神经功能缺损程度评分、血液流变学中血小板粘附率、红细胞压积、全血粘度、血浆比粘度为观察指标,评价疗效。结果:血液流变学各项指标(全血粘度、红细胞压积、血小板粘附率及血浆比粘度均无明显改变(P>0.05),神经功能缺损程度评分明显降低(P<0.01),总显效率达87%。结论:小儿外伤性脑梗塞的发生与血液粘稠无明显相关性,应用凯时治疗小儿外伤性脑梗塞具有良好的疗效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kay Shi injection (prostaglandin E1 lipid microsphere preparation) in the treatment of pediatric traumatic cerebral infarction. Methods: 23 cases of infantile traumatic cerebral infarction were treated with Kayes injection. The neurological deficit score, the hemorheology platelet adhesion rate, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity and plasma specific viscosity were used as indexes to evaluate the curative effect . Results: The indexes of hemorheology (whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, platelet adhesion rate and plasma specific viscosity had no significant change (P> 0.05), the score of neurological deficit decreased obviously (P <0.01) The effective rate was 87% .Conclusion: There was no significant correlation between the incidence of traumatic cerebral infarction and blood viscosity in pediatric patients. The treatment of pediatric traumatic cerebral infarction with Chemotherapy was effective.
