2003年3月,全国政协委员、中国书法家协会主席沈鹏发现他的书法作品被某茶叶公司拼接后用作商品包装——“安溪感德铁观音”,落款竟是”沈鹏题”,并且还加盖了沈鹏的图章。他很吃惊,他根本没有给铁观音题过什么字,更不用说还是用作茶叶名称。也就是说,是这家铁观音生产厂家从他的不同作品中集字,拼在一起,然后再造一个图章,这样就仿佛是真的了。现如今,书法作品被拼接它用的行为很普遍。沈先生说:”就我而言,有企业、商号、公共场所都曾盗用过,并拼接本人署名,后来才发现。福建有家企业的铁观音拼接我的字,没有用名款。这个‘安溪感德铁观音’是太过分了,还加上‘沈鹏题’,应该把它曝曝光,要有个说法。”
