高校内部劳动关系的新变化,给工会履行维护职能提出了新的要求,要求工会必须以协调和稳定劳动关系为自己基本的社会任务,更好地维护教职工的合法权益。
The new changes in the internal labor relations in colleges and universities have set new requirements for the trade unions to perform their functions. They demand that trade unions must, as their basic social task, coordinate and stabilize the labor relations and better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of faculty and staff.
