实施职工素质工程是我国“十五”期间社会主义精神文明建设的总体规划,是新世纪新形势下对职工的根本要求,是建立现代企业制度强有力的保障,是建设四有职工队伍的关键所在。实施好职工素质工程,提高职工队伍的整体素质,把全体职工的思想统一到深化改革、促进发展、保持稳定的大局上来,为实现企业的可持续发展提供强大的智力支持,对增强企业在市场经济条件下的竞争能力具有重要意义。为推进职工素质工程的深入发展,笔者认为应朝以下四个方面努力。
