文章主要写了心理健康教育的重要性以及如何在班级管理中运用。当今的小学生正处在身心发展的重要时期,作为一名小学教育工作者,在小学生教育的问题上,不仅要注重智力因素的培养,更要注重非智力因素的培养。在小学班级管理中实施心理健康教育,促使小学生的心理往健康的方向发展,不仅是对学生全方位教育的要求,也是优化小学班级管理的必要途径。
The article mainly describes the importance of mental health education and how to use it in class management. Today’s pupils are in an important period of physical and mental development. As a primary education worker, on the issue of pupil education, we should pay attention not only to the cultivation of intellectual factors but also to the cultivation of non-intellectual factors. The implementation of mental health education in primary school class management and the promotion of pupils ’psychology in the direction of health are not only the requirements of students’ omni-directional education but also the necessary ways to optimize class-level management in primary schools.
