研究DSP浆液预处理再生骨料混凝土的强度和直接在组分中加入DSP浆液强化再生混凝土的强度,并与基准再生混凝土进行对比。试验结果表明,无论是立方体抗压强度,还是棱柱体抗压强度,DSP浆液强化再生混凝土的强度均为最高,比基准再生混凝土棱柱体强度提高25.6%(或26.7%);而对于DSP浆液预处理再生骨料混凝土,7 d立方体抗压强度高于基准再生混凝土,28 d立方体抗压强度则低于基准再生混凝土,28 d棱柱体抗压强度则各有高低。并对再生混凝土的破坏机理进行了分析。
The strength of regenerated aggregate concrete with DSP slurry pretreatment and the strength of regenerated concrete with DSP slurry added directly into the components were studied and compared with those of recycled concrete. The experimental results show that the strength of DSP slurry reinforced recycled concrete is the highest, which is 25.6% (or 26.7%) higher than that of the reference recycled concrete prism, both for cube compressive strength and prismatic compressive strength. For DSP slurry pre-treatment For the recycled aggregate concrete, the compressive strength of the 7-day cube is higher than that of the reference recycled concrete, the compressive strength of the cube for 28 days is lower than that of the reference recycled concrete, and the compressive strength of the 28-day prismatic body is high and low respectively. The failure mechanism of recycled concrete is also analyzed.
