本文对鄂、皖两省3县14个区的急性杀虫脒中毒53例进行了总结。其中生产性中毒7例,非生产性中毒46例。除一般非特异性症状外,所有病例皆有发绀,病程中皆出现血尿,绝大多数呈现嗜睡;少数病情严重者有昏迷、休克或肺水肿。按中毒程度划分,计中度中毒40例,重度中毒13例,其中死亡4例。本文对急性杀虫脒中毒的诊断与治疗问题,提出了初步看法。
In this paper, 53 cases of acute chlordivhidine poisoning in 14 districts in 3 counties of Hubei and Anhui provinces were summarized. Including 7 cases of productive poisoning, 46 cases of non-productive poisoning. In addition to the general non-specific symptoms, all cases have cyanosis, hematuria in the course of the disease, the vast majority showed drowsiness; a few serious cases of coma, shock or pulmonary edema. Divided according to the degree of poisoning, including 40 cases of moderate poisoning, severe poisoning in 13 cases, of which 4 died. This article put forward a preliminary view on the diagnosis and treatment of acute Chlordimeform poisoning.
