高安县是江西省首批实现初级卫生保健的试点县,也是乡镇工业较多的县。该县党政领导明确地把乡镇工业职业卫生列为初级卫生保健的重要内容;卫生防疫部门紧密结合实现初级卫生保健县,开展乡镇工业职业卫生服务。一、乡镇工业职业卫生的现状(一)全县乡镇工业基本情况经调查,产品较稳定、职业危害较严重的乡镇工业,全县有60家,7828名职工。我们对这些厂矿和职工建立了一厂一册、一人一卡的职业卫生档案;对3421名工人进行了体检,建立了健康监护档案。
Gao Anxian is the first batch of pilot counties in Jiangxi Province to achieve primary health care and is also a county with more township and village industries. The county party and government leaders explicitly listed township industrial occupational health as an important part of primary health care; the health and epidemic prevention departments closely integrated with primary health care counties to carry out industrial occupational health services in towns and villages. I. Status of Industrial Occupational Hygiene in Townships (I) Basic Conditions of Township Industrial in the County After investigation, the township industries with relatively stable products and serious occupational hazards have been investigated. There are 60 households and 7828 workers in the county. We have set up a factory for one copy of the factory, one person and one card of occupational health files for these factories and mines and workers; 3,421 workers conducted a medical examination, the establishment of a health care archives.
