随着新课标改革的不断深入,我国小学的音乐教学体系也日益完善,但是,如何将新课标的最新音乐教学理念落实到小学音乐教学实践中,真正达到新课标的要求,成为一个亟待解决的现实问题。教学目标作为教师教学活动的第一个环节,必须将新课标的教学理念完整体现,才能在随后的教学设计和课堂教学中将新课标落实到位。因此,对于小学音乐教学目标设计的研究就显得非常重要。
