游泳是增强教会学生掌握游泳技能是增强体质,提高身体各部位器官的功能和锻炼运动者的意志力的一种重要手段。教学的目的是提高游泳学员的游泳水平,游泳教学有别于其它实践性教学,由于学习的环境与大家一般的生活环境有所不同,所以如何教好游泳还是比较困难的。如何克服学员心理问题和选择合适的教学手段两个方面便是本文所要研究的问题。
Swimming is an important means of enhancing the ability of the church to master swimming skills to enhance physical fitness, enhance the function of organs in various parts of the body, and exercise the willpower of athletes. The purpose of teaching is to improve the swimming level of swimming students. Swimming teaching is different from other practical teaching. Because of the difference between learning environment and common people’s living environment, teaching swimming is more difficult. How to overcome the psychological problems of students and choose appropriate teaching methods are two issues to be studied in this paper.
