在开展数字化社区建设工作时,要突出重点,特别对数字化学习社区建设基础较差、起步较晚的地区来说,只有抓重点,才是可操作、可持续发展的。正如《全国“十二五”推进数字化学习社区建设规划》中所提出的“中西部地区有重点地稳步推进”。我国国情决定了东西部的经济发展不平衡的问题难以在短期内解决。因此,中西部地区在进行数字化学习社区建设时要切合实际,采取合适的策略。数字化学习社区建设是个长期工程、系统工程,抓重点,是一个不错的选择。
In carrying out the construction of digital community, we must give prominence to the key points. In particular, for those areas where the construction of digital learning community is based on a poor foundation and start later, it is feasible and sustainable to focus only on the key points. Just as the “National” Twelfth Five-Year “Plan for Promoting the Construction of Digital Learning Community” put forward by “Central and Western Regions, with Major and Steady Progress”. The situation in our country determines that the economic imbalance between the eastern and western regions is hard to be solved in a short period of time. Therefore, the central and western regions in the construction of digital learning community to be realistic and adopt appropriate strategies. Digital learning community building is a long-term engineering, systems engineering, focus, is a good choice.
