在由国家人事部、教育部、科技部和广州市人民政府联合主办的“第三届留学人员广州科技交流会”上,来自“革命摇篮”红土地上的江西省政府代表团,刚一亮相就引起了广泛关注。胡振鹏副省长是参加本届交流会的42个各地政府代表团组成的“政府军团”中级别最高、唯一的副省级领导干部。胡副省长曾任大学校长,具有博士学位。在江西省人民政府新闻办公室崔远程先生的联系下,胡振鹏副省长在他下榻的广东国际大酒店49层的房间里接受了本刊记者的采访。他体魄健壮,热情随和,既有学者开阔的视野,又具高级领导干部的宏观把握能力。他娓娓而谈,讲述了红土地上科技进步的历程。
