应用薄层扫描法测定莲心碱注射液中莲心碱的含量。结果证明,本方法结果可靠,可作为莲心碱注射液的质量控制方法。

TLC scanning was used to determine the content of liensinine in Liensinine injection. The results show that the method is reliable and can be used as a quality control method for the alkalinectin injection.
