目的研制跌打热敷灵并建立其薄层鉴别质量控制方法。方法采用将药材粉碎过筛,湿热灭菌,干热干燥,薄层色谱法对制剂中两面针、虎杖、泽兰等药材进行定性鉴别。结果采用每袋10kg,100℃湿热灭菌1h,每托盆装2.5kg,100℃干热干燥1h,结果符合规定,两面针、虎杖、泽兰的薄层斑点清晰,重现性好。结论该制剂制备工艺合理,检测方法省时、快速、简便,可作为控制该制剂质量的方法。
Objective To develop a hot drop and apply the method of quality control of thin layer identification. Methods The medicinal materials were crushed, sieved, wet-heat-sterilized, dry-hot-dried and identified by TLC. Results The results were accordant with 10kg per bag, 1h humidification and heat sterilization at 100 ℃, 2.5kg per tray, dry and hot at 100 ℃ for 1h. The results were in accordance with the stipulation. The thin spots on two needles, Polygonum cuspidatum and Zeeland were clear and reproducible. Conclusion The preparation process is reasonable, the detection method is time-saving, rapid and simple, and can be used as a method to control the quality of the preparation.
