流行性脑膜炎(下称流脑)病程中可于口鼻周围出现单纯疱疹,本例流脑并发右侧带状疱疹面、耳综合征(Ramsey-Hunt syndrome)较少见,现报告如下。患者女,18岁,住院号171253。因发热、头痛、嗜睡伴呕吐1天于1986年2月23日入院。体检:T38℃,P92次/分,R22次/分,BP116/80mmHg。神志清,急性病容。于胸腹部皮肤见7～8个出血点。心肺(-),肝脾未触及。项有抵抗。克氏征(+),布氏征(+),巴氏征(-)。血象:Hb11g％,
Epidemic meningitis (hereinafter referred to as meningitis) in the course of herpes simplex can occur around the nose and mouth, the case of meningitis complicated with the right side of the herpes zoster, ear syndrome (Ramsey-Hunt syndrome) rare, are reported as follows. Female patient, 18 years old, hospital number 171253. Due to fever, headache, drowsiness with vomiting 1 day in February 23, 1986 admission.
