在高职院校中,辅导员充当着多方面的角色,在学生的生活、学习、社交上都起着指导性的作用。随着社会的发展和进步,多媒体的普及给学生带来各方面便利的同时也给辅导员工作带来了新的挑战和转变。围绕新媒体的概念展开讨论,分析新媒体环境下高职院校辅导员面临的挑战以及研究其相应的策略。
In higher vocational colleges, counselors play a multi-faceted role and play an instructive role in students’ life, study and socialization. With the development and progress of society, the popularization of multimedia has brought students convenience in all aspects and also brought new challenges and changes to the work of counselors. Discussing the concept of new media, analyzing the challenges that counselors face in higher vocational colleges under new media environment, and studying corresponding strategies.
