党性民间文艺话语权是党领导民间文艺的本质。我国在延安时期已形成党性民间文艺思想,其中就有苏联党性民间文艺理论的影响。苏联党性民间文艺理论在苏维埃时期已强调国际意义,我国学苏联时借助了这种话语权,但我国有自己的民间文化传统,加上五四运动、延安文艺精神和新中国社会主义意识形态文化建设的储备,在民间文艺话语权的建设上走了一条民族的、自主的道路。在这方面,有两个比较主要的问题值得讨论:一是发展民间文艺与社会主义意识形态主导地位的关系,二是保护利用民间文艺与民族文化传统的继承与创新问题。
The right to speak of party folk literature and art is the essence of the party leading folk literature and art. During the period of Yan’an in our country, the thought of party folk literature and art has been formed, among which is the influence of the theory of folk literature and art of the Soviet Party. In the Soviet era, the Soviet party spirit folk literature and art theory has emphasized its international significance. When China learned the Soviet Union, it used such a right of discourse. However, our country has its own folk culture tradition. Coupled with the May 4 Movement, the Yan’an literary spirit and the socialist ideology and culture of New China The reserve for construction has taken a national, autonomous path in the construction of the right to speak of folk literature and art. In this respect, there are two major issues worth discussing: First, the relationship between the development of folk literature and the dominant ideology of socialism; secondly, the protection and utilization of the inheritance and innovation of folklore and ethnic cultural traditions.
