一种利用电磁分度原理来测量机床传动链精度的新方法,经过我厂长期研究,已获成功,并在生产中使用。实践证明,这是一种灵活简便并具有较高精度的传动链测量方法。一、电磁分度的简单原理电磁分度技术所用的基准元件是磁性分度盘,简称磁盘,如图1所示。它由基体1,隔离层2,磁性层3组成。基体1用铝、铜或铁制成。隔离层2为铜质。磁性层3是一层厚为0.015~0.03mm 的磷镍钴合金镀层。磁盘在专用的录磁架上进行磁化。图2是录磁原理的简图。它由一台频率极准确的石英振荡器产生信号,一路信号经分频、功率放大后去驱动同步电机,
