本文通过总结学术文献中对信息披露质量的考评方法的总结,目前我国上司公司信息披露质量的度量方法类型较多,且没有统一标准。因此,文章对相关的信息披露质量的衡量进行梳理。
This article summarizes the evaluation methods of the quality of information disclosure in academic literature. At present, there are many types of measurement methods for the quality of information disclosure in our country’s supervisors, and there is no uniform standard. Therefore, the article sorts out the related quality of information disclosure.
