By the Yunnan Provincial Metallurgical Industry Management Office organized by prefectural (county) metallurgical enterprises, “safety production network” activities, more than 10 years. The number of participating units has grown from 15 to 32. The launching of “Safety Production Collaboration Network” promoted the improvement of enterprise’s safe production management level, controlled the occurrence of major malignant accidents, and caused a general drop in accidents.
