新世纪,建设社会主义新农村的号角吹响大江南北,以社会主义制度为基准,进行新型的农村建设,既是国家需求,也是民众呼声,然而,至十六届五中全会以来,我国的农村经济虽然发展势头一片大好,但依然存在着诸多挑战和困难,农村劳动力向城市转移,并将知识与技术带回农村,加强农村建设,使农村发展模式趋于城市化,在此过程中的劳动与社会保障成为了一个至关重要的问题,因此,本文将对现阶段我国劳动与社会保障中存在的问题进行分析,并对如何在新农村建设中解决好劳动与社会保障关系提出建议,望对促进我国和谐社会发展有所帮助。
