目的:系统评价中药对动物心肌线粒体氧化应激损伤的干预疗效。方法:计算机检索Pub Med(1966—2015.7)、Embase(1966—2015.7)、CBM(1978—2015.7)、CNKI(1915—2015.7)、VIP(1989—2015.7)及Wanfang(1990—2015.7)等数据库,纳入中药干预心肌线粒体氧化应激损伤的动物实验,由两名研究者独立评价纳入研究的质量、提取数据并交叉核对,使用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17个研究。系统评价及Meta分析结果显示:中药可上调模型动物心肌线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平、改善线粒体脂质过氧化损伤相关谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)含量,减轻线粒体DNA(mitochondrial deoxyribonucleic acid,mt DNA)损伤。结论:中药可通过干预心肌线粒体氧化应激损伤发挥临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine on oxidative stress injury induced by mitochondria in animal myocardium. METHODS: Databases such as Pub Med (1966-2015.7), Embase (1966-2015.7), CBM (1978-2015.7), CNKI (1915-2015.7), VIP (1989-2015.7) and Wanfang (1990-2015.7) Chinese medicine intervention in myocardial mitochondrial oxidative stress injury in animal experiments, two researchers independently assessed the quality of the included studies, extracted data and cross-checked using Meta-analysis using Rev Man 5.2 software. Results: A total of 17 studies were included. Systematic review and Meta-analysis showed that Chinese herbs can up-regulate the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mitochondria and improve the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH- Px activity and malonaldehyde (MDA) content and mitochondrial deoxyribonucleic acid (mt DNA) damage. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine can exert its clinical effect through the intervention of myocardial mitochondrial oxidative stress injury.
