目的应用PAR指数对比研究个性化舌侧矫治器与唇侧直丝弓矫治器的临床疗效。方法选择临床上常见的成人错牙合畸形患者共30例,将患者平均分成二组(A组和B组)。A组完成个性化舌侧矫治病例15例,B组完成传统唇侧直丝弓矫治病例15例。采用PAR指数对二组患者矫治前后的牙齿排列、颊侧咬合关系、覆盖、覆牙合及中线情况进行评分和比较。评价二种不同矫治器的治疗效果,并对比二种矫治器的矫治疗程。结果二组患者治疗后各项PAR分值及PAR总分值相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);加权总分差与加权总分减小百分率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),加权总分差>22,加权总分减小百分率均>70%;二组临床矫治疗程相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论个性化舌侧矫治器与唇侧直丝弓矫治器的临床矫治效果与矫治疗程均不存在统计学差异,都能达到令人满意的临床矫治结果。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of personalized lingual appliance and labial straight wire appliance with PAR index. Methods Thirty patients with common malocclusion were randomly divided into two groups (group A and group B). Group A completed 15 cases of personalized lingual orthodontics, Group B completed the traditional lip straight wire arch correction in 15 cases. PAR index was used to score and compare the dental arrangement, buccal occlusion, overlay, overbite and midline before and after treatment. Evaluate the therapeutic effects of two different appliances and compare them with two appliances. Results There was no significant difference between PAR score and PAR score after treatment in both groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between weighted total score and weighted total score (P > 0.05). The weighted total score difference> 22, the weighted total score decreased> 70%. There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between the clinical effect of orthodontic lingual orthodontic appliance and the labial straight appliance on the correction of orthodontic treatment, all of which can achieve satisfactory clinical outcome.
