“社会主义市场经济体制”理论的确立,标志着中国改革的进程在由社会主义计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转轨过程中,已在思想认识上达到成熟。但是,在改革开放的过程中还存在不少问题,这些问题的产生除其具有必然的原因外,还有一些是由于违背科学发展的规律所造成的。本文指出科学发展观的提出有深刻的历史背景,科学发展观在改革开放三十年来来党的理论探索和创新的过程中具有重大意义。
The establishment of the “socialist market economic system” theory marks that the process of China’s reform has reached maturity in ideological understanding during the transition from a socialist planned economic system to a socialist market economic system. However, there are still many problems in the process of reform and opening up. Apart from their inevitable causes, some of these problems are caused by the violation of the law of scientific development. This paper points out that the scientific concept of development has a profound historical background and that the scientific concept of development is of great significance in the process of theoretical exploration and innovation of the party over the past 30 years of reform and opening up.
