人力脱粒机是南方农村广泛使用的一种半机械化农具。特别在推广以双包为主的农业生产责任制以来,人力脱粒机需求量迅速增长,已成为农村脱粒的必不可少的工具。但由于以往采用传统的设计方法,设计出来的机子很难满足生产实际中提出来的各种要求,而且设计计算繁琐,设计周期长,给设计工作带来很大不便。我们运用电子计算机对脱粒机驱动机构进行优化设计,取得了较满意的效果。
Human thresher is a semi-mechanized farm implements widely used in southern rural areas. Especially since the popularization of agricultural production responsibility system based on double package, the demand for human thresher has been rapidly increasing and has become an indispensable tool for threshing in rural areas. However, due to the traditional design method, the designed machine is difficult to meet the various requirements put forward in the actual production. Moreover, the design calculation is cumbersome and the design cycle is long, which brings great inconvenience to the design work. We use the computer to optimize the design of the drive mechanism of the thresher and achieved a satisfactory result.
